Dr. Isomura’s students are regularly accepted into prestigious programs at the high school, university, pre-professional, and professional levels.  In classical voice, her students have been members of the Metropolitan Opera High School Opera Singers Intensive, Curtis Institute of Music Young Artist Summer Program, Houston Grand Opera High School Voice Studio and Opera Camp, Oberlin Conservatory Summer Academy, Boston University Tanglewood Institute Pre-College Program, and Schmidt Vocal Institute.  Her students have placed in such competitions as the Hal Leonard Voice Competition, Houston Masterworks Choir Young Singers Competition, C.S. Music Voice Competition, Schmidt Vocal Arts Competition, and many have ranked in the top of their sections in the Texas All-State Choir Festival. On Stage, her students have been offered leading and supporting roles in productions at TUTS, HITSThe Alley Theater, Wildfish Theater, Queensbury Theater, Perry Mansfield Pre-College Intensive, Stage Door Manor, Houston Grand Opera, and Opera in the Heights.  Dr. Isomura has also guided many students through successful auditions for the High School for Performing and Visual Arts Voice and Theater programs and then, once accepted, prepared them for their song recitals and culminating senior recitals.  

The Isomura Voice Studio presents an ANNUAL STUDIO RECITAL in which all students are invited to participate in a program that features each student individually and gives them the opportunity to sing in small and large ensembles and in multiple languages and styles. Every year, there is a different cohesive theme that includes repertoire, in English and one foreign language, from the classical, musical theater, and popular genres. Studio Information

Each student has one regularly scheduled private lesson every week and based on availability may choose between:

30 minute lesson ($50)

45 minute lesson ($75)

60 minute lesson ($95)

90 minute lessons (two siblings) ($140)
